Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

  1. Processing time
    Within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed, it is checked, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for transport.
  2. Delivery time
    South Africa 5 to 10 business days
    Shipping is handled by South African Post.
    All shipping times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click “track your order” in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.

My tracking number is not working
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still shows no information after a few days, customer service can be contacted.
